Every report is built the same way: a verdict, the “why now”, and the proof behind it. Confidence levels show you how sure we can be — and why.
Every report, built the same way.
The verdict.
One of four plain-English calls — STRONG, MODERATE, WEAK or NO SIGNAL — so a busy seller knows in one glance whether this account is worth their week.
The score.
A 0–100 score against your ICP. Two sellers with different ICPs see different scores for the same company — that's the point.
The "why now."
Two sentences on what's actually happening — expansion, investment, hiring — written from the evidence, not from a template.
The evidence.
Every claim in the report links to a dated, sourced fact. Companies House filing, planning application, the company's own website. Click through and check us.
A claim is never stronger than its source.
— read directly from an official source: a filing, a register, a planning decision. What it says is what the source says.
— a reasonable reading of public information, such as a hiring pattern on a company's website. Useful, clearly labelled, never dressed up as fact.
Confidence runs through everything. The report's overall confidence tells you how much verified evidence sits behind the verdict — so "High" means checkable, not just plausible. When the record is thin, the report says so instead of padding.
The public record is louder than you think.
A UK company that's about to spend leaves footprints. We read them continuously, across every sector.
New charges & asset finance
new borrowing secured against equipment or property — investment is coming
Accounts & filings
growth, headcount changes and capital expenditure, straight from Companies House
Employee growth
rising headcount in the filings, before it reaches the news
Planning applications
extensions, new units, changes of use — expansion you can see coming
Hiring activity
what companies advertise on their own sites, and what those roles imply
Register events
incorporations, appointments, status changes across the full register
Your ideal customer, not an average one.
We configure your ideal customer profile with you — sector, size, region, and which signals actually predict a deal for your product. From then on, every verdict, score and "why now" is written against that profile. A metal fabricator expanding in Warrington might be a STRONG SIGNAL for you and NO SIGNAL for someone else. Both reports are right.
Account intelligence, not another database of people.
Squarely tells you which companies to spend your week on and why now — from the public record, with the evidence attached. We don't sell scraped contact databases, and we never present a guess as a fact. Full-register coverage: all 5.7 million UK companies, every sector, refreshed from the sources.
